      Hey @ChromeDevTools, my bank is blocking use of dev tools on their site (detecting it's open and forcing a logout.) That's not cool, right? They don't appear to be using a console.log based technique, as in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7798748/find-out-whether-chrome-console-is-open … . It seems rude that it's possible at all...

      Hmmm... apparently their site actually barfs anytime it gets a request with a no-cache header. I can't tell if it's poor-quality devtools detection, or just incompetence. Unchecking the 'disable cache' box fixes it! So nevermind. :-)

      In general yes we would be interested to know if sites were doing this. Sounds like it may not be the case this time? But if it ever comes up you can file issues directly to our engineering team at https://crbug.com  -- @kaycebasques
