This is a new feature from Chrome 71 or 72 which slipped through the cracks (but will be covered in What's New 74). Right, I should clarify that the only new thing here is the "Capture Area Screenshot" command. The feature has been buried within Inspect Mode since v62, as you mentioned. ---

I just wish you could trigger these by keyboard shortcuts without DevTools open (it's a pain to undock and redock when you need a wider viewport).
