We've got a doc called "Command Line API Reference" that covers properties and functions only available within the Console, like $0 or monitorEvents(). Their usage is also vastly different so it seems to make most sense to keep the two sets of APIs separate. console.* functions can be called from the site's JS. Console Utilities API is only defined in DevTools.
On the other hand, having them all in one doc might help people discover all of these other functions and properties...
