We've got a doc called "Command Line API Reference" that covers properties and functions only available within the Console, like $0 or monitorEvents(). Forgot to mention, the Console API Reference refers to functions like console.log(). So that one is already taken.
Their usage is also vastly different so it seems to make most sense to keep the two sets of APIs separate. console.* functions can be called from the site's JS. Console Utilities API is only defined in DevTools.

Exactly. The console (tab) isn't all about console (the object).
