Sorry that it came off as "F you". I think it's just one of those situations where it's hard to prove that the effort justifies the investment. But we've got some UX people and I'll forward to them to revisit the topic.

Thanks @kaycebasques. Easy to prove results: get significant sample of people to find a header / body on request or response with various mocks including current.
