There's a rumor that Chrome 69 was released, but it's not real until the @ChromeDevTools team creates a "What's New in Chrome 69 Devtools?" Youtube video. Instead, we're seeing the warmed over "What's New in 68?" video.
Until then, it's dogs and cats sleeping together. Chaos!

I came away with the unsettling feeling that the 69 rollout had been bungled somehow. Now I know I was wrong, and I appreciate your quick reply
@ChromeDevTools . Next time there's no video, consider indicating as wuch in the "What's new?" pane in Devtools.
We debated that, but were afraid of people saying "why did you show me this popup if you had no new news?!?"

I feel ya. I've been in a similar pickle with software I've worked on. No perfect solution. Maybe a message like "No big devtool changes, but you might wanna check out this video. https://youtu.be/WF2IjH35w8o " So keep this in mind for Chrome's 20th anniversary.
