@ChromeDevTools Why there is difference between lighthouse chrome extension and browser's audit option. Both are same but result are different for one of my clients. 
When using the Audits panel in DevTools, try running from an incognito browser. Extensions often interfere with the auditing process. You can run from WPT in order to ensure consistent results. Enable the "Run Lighthouse Audit" checkbox. https://www.webpagetest.org/easy
