Feature request for the venerable Chrome Developer Tools product team @ChromeDevTools: "Paused in debugger" overlay's Resume script execution / Step over UI element (yellow control bar) draggable across the full width of the screen, near my code in Source tab.

Yes, I'd like to be able to drag the Next breakpoint / Step into widget across the screen, rather than it being fixed over the content.
