Ronnie Hakim is either clueless or disingenuous: 95% of L train riders won’t have adequate svce on the weekends if NYCT runs a train every 20 minutes, cutting one-way trips from 460-490/weekend day to 72/day. Just shut down the L on weekends, w/buses & bolstered GJMAC svce
