Love the fact that the wheelchair space isn’t plonked on the end!!!!!

A mum contacted me after visiting the Diversity Park for the first time. She has two wheelchair user boys. She said she cried when she saw the picnic table because she knew her children's needs had been considered in every aspect of the design & that meant so much.

Great. The ordinary picnic tables that are everywhere in parks, beer gardens etc are so discriminatory. Makes you and family seem unwanted. These inclusive ones need rolled out across the entire U.K. Edinburgh Council take note.

Glad to see the inclusivity isn't just a cover for anti homeless measures as well

Love this park - shame it’s such a drive but to see my child who is a wheelchair user and his sibling play together here it is so worth it
