2/2 it's literally why Jim Sorgi had job for so long-- not bc he could start. You can b started but not able to breakdown film, etc.

I think you might be confusing what Pat told you. Backups are expected to help figure out schemes, tendencies, etc.

Absolutely but not as a long term solution necessarily. They spot start but bread & butter is their ability to provide starter intel, etc.

No, it isn't. It's to fill in physically for the starter if they go down.
