The problem with both our tax and judicial systems is that they are game frameworks designed by people who did not account for griefers.
Think of it as a game system that players *will* exploit the worst possible case, every time, and everyone *has* to have fun.

A flat tax increases the amount of people having *fun*, but it still leaves a significant amount angry.

I gravitate toward things that level the playing field for all. The rich can afford elite tax preparers, attorneys, shelters, etc...
