So! Next year, I will know how to swing from one ring to another. I was okay with how far I got for a first try, next time will be better.
I generally do a set of 15 with my legs in an L-sit, then do 15 push-ups, rest, then do it again up to about 90.

Try hitting 50, just straight pull ups w/honest form, N 30sec format it'll pop ur rear delts & lats. Muscle confusion key

Bc of that I can do 20ish muscle ups in a row now. That's next challenge u shld try if u can't already.
