@scalzi My routine is run 2.1 miles in around a 6:30 pace, then 50-70 pull-ups and 70-90 push ups (sets of 10-15). That's all you need.5 réponses 2 Retweets 9 j'aime -

@thompsonize Air squats (lots of them), bicycle crunches (lots of them), jumping jacks (lots of them). The key is to move for 15-20 minutes.
