Also, and ENTIRELY UNRELATED, I've started counting calories again. So if I burn down the world with fire, that's probably why.

@scalzi My routine is run 2.1 miles in around a 6:30 pace, then 50-70 pull-ups and 70-90 push ups (sets of 10-15). That's all you need. -
