Sitting in my car with arms shaking too much to drive. Trainer used rope pull machine. It was super effective.
@randileeharper Ahh, gotcha. Fun one is 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, going for 20 minutes total. Great cardio and arm work.

@ChrisWarcraft once my cardio is a bit better, I might be able to do that. This one had 6 settings I think. Did 1 min each at 5 and 4. -
