Sitting in my car with arms shaking too much to drive. Trainer used rope pull machine. It was super effective.
@randileeharper Ooh, we had one of those in the weight room when I played. Did you do the 20 minute cycle of various exercises? Hurt so good

@ChrisWarcraft mostly did deadlifts, squats, leg presses, lat pulldowns, crunches. Rope machine was my cardio I am dying -
