One of the reasons I’m never shy about talking money here is that it’s one of the biggest social taboos we have holding us back as a society. You *deserve* to know how much you’re making, how much other people are making, and whether or not that comparison is fair.

I was just going to say, even in a union you don't get full transparency. At least not in mine (NALC). Management is not in our union. In fact, there are 4 DIFFERENT unions in the USPS. But we do at least have transparency as far as our fellow letter carriers.
