Are placekicking and punting so different that teams absolutely need one of each? Is it possible that in the future there is one all-purpose kicker?

Falcons tried that a few years ago, dude started something like 3/7 FGs and like 41 yards per punt. I (never kicked/punted) think there is a difference in your hips and your foot angle? And as with all pro sports stuff, reps matter, hard to rep two different Free Throw routines?

If the kicker got hurt in a game, what was the longest FG you'd feel reasonably confident in making?
-
It’s gonna be a coin flip whether it’s 20 or 60, for me it wouldn’t be a distance issue, it would be an accuracy issue

How many licks does it take for you to get to the center of a tootsie roll lolly pop? I hope you are a more professional licker than the owl because 3 is not the answer

If the punter usually holds on FG on XP and then kicker gets hurt, who holds when punter kicks? How many reps would back up FG team get in practice? Always wondered these things
-
Usually either the QB or backup QB, and they might take one practice worth of reps in the preseason, if that. It’s not a priority because it very rarely happens.
