Back when I still ran track, the team i was on had a special treadmill to train the sprinters to hit higher speeds. There was this crazy harness to keep them from flying into a wall and I think it maxed around 25 mph. i tried it once and it was like i had no control over my body

I think most treadmills I've been on top out at 15mph (a 4 minute mile pace), not 20

So fast. I went to high school with a guy that had elite speed, he passed people on the track like they were standing still. That’s how it would feel like running with these guys.
