Our internet is back! I will say, for all the (rightful) shit cable companies get, Frontier has actually done a very fine job by us. Quick to respond to problems, and their tech support has been consistently good. Your mileage, of course, may vary.

Did the tech leave their card? They work in specific areas usually and having their card means you can schedule an appointment if needed then call the tech if phone support can't fix it.
