So after spending six pandemic months doing not much besides drinking and watching the world crumble, the first two days of freshman football practice have left me with quite sore legs (I’m doing all the drills with my pod). I demand a refund on this body, science.

Dude....I coach Horizontal jumpers. Every so often, I forget I’m in my 40’s and demonstrate a drill or a jump mechanic we are working on. I pay for it the next 2-3 days.

I did this my first year coaching u-16 travel soccer. I was a goalie by training and was just starting to play on field. Oh lordie. I did learn a lot of skills though.
