The best thing about making garlic noodles is that the next day you get to eat cold garlic noodles for lunch

Chop garlic and shallots. Put in hot wok with sesame oil. Stir for thirty seconds, add cooked noodles and some soy sauce. Can also throw in precooked protein (I like to use leftover carnitas) before adding the noodles, cook until heated

Np. I also like adding chopped green onions and grated Parmesan cheese at the end to add some more flavor profiles, but that’s up to personal taste.

Oh my god. We just made these today and just holy shit. Also the parmesan is such a boss addition. We added a little bit of Korean chili paste just to have a different spice as well. Stir fried so bell peppers and onions on the side. *chefs kiss!*

Glad you liked it! I’ll have to try the Korean chili paste, I usually use sriracha if I want to spice it up
