Sure. The weird way you keep trying to imply some sort of malfeasance on the Internet Archive's part by calling it "a billionaire's private site", such as in your tweet immediately previous, as opposed to a library, which it is.
So yeah, up until the IA decided to throw established copyright to the wind, they were just fine. They’ll likely still be fine moving forward, as the vast majority of authors speaking on this (including Chuck) have stated they don’t have a problem with the IA, but the piracy.

And if the publishers try to play hardball it is VERY likely they’ll receive a ton of pushback from the very people who make them money. So maybe put the fucking pitchfork down and stop harassing individuals when your issue is with corporations.
