The downside of running 2.5 miles before dinner is that it puts my brain into football mode and it’s like, “Oh hey, that big bowl of pasta you just had for dinner? Nice appetizer. Let’s start the real eating.”

Sorry, that was rude of me. My body type and workout habits make it harder for me to metabolize alcohol, so it takes more drinks. You do you :)
