Made pasta tonight but this time I used that soy protein that’s made to look like ground beef instead of actual ground beef. It’s... not bad, I guess? Texture is similar, taste is definitely different, but it’s not a bad taste, just not what I’m used to. Would use again.

I suppose its more complicated to get kids to eat kimchi sundubu jiggae than it is to get them to eat soy spaghetti. But man, theyre missing the boat on that one, sundubu jiggae is the tits.
