Made pasta tonight but this time I used that soy protein that’s made to look like ground beef instead of actual ground beef. It’s... not bad, I guess? Texture is similar, taste is definitely different, but it’s not a bad taste, just not what I’m used to. Would use again.
Yeah, honestly the main reason I tried this one was because it cost the same as the normal ground beef
