Ive never understood why people spend so much time trying to force soy shit to be something it isnt when theres so many Asian recipes meant for soy that are delicious.

It’s not about not wanting to make soy dishes (you’re right, there are many that are delicious), it’s about trying to find a substitute for non-soy dishes to lessen meat consumption

Tacos using veggie ground “beef” are my go to, I haven’t used meat in them in years. My 12 yo daughter was surprised that she has never had tacos with meat at home when she saw me making them a year ago
