First knee to the head was a loose ball breakaway that I came out to challenge and instead of peeling off their guy shoved our guy into me, so I took a full speed knee to the side of the dome. To add insult to injury, the ref didn’t call anything and let them score off it.

I had some words with him after I pulled myself back together (guy who did it was playing super aggressive all game). Second knee was fine, 1v1 breakaway (different guy) I slid out to challenge, got the ball and he tried to jump me but didn’t make it. That one’s a job hazard.

Goal was with two minutes left, we were down by two so I pushed up all the way. Got a rebound outside the arc, settled it, then slotted it low into the near post corner. Sadly, we couldn’t quite finish the follow up press to tie it.

Ah, yes. As we used to say in high school, the famous "Goalie Blitz". Amazing how rarely it's used in outdoor soccer. Okay, not that amazing.

I scored twice as a keeper at 5 a side. Once from a roll out that our striker stepped over and wing footed their keeper. And once from the penalty spot in my last game
