@ChrisWarcraft As a veteran of sports injuries... do you have any recommendations for bringing down the swelling of a knee, wrist, and elbow? (landed hard, L knee, R wrist/elbow, hurts like hell, and my elbow range of motion is now way limited) :(
Ice both locations with a compression wrap at least twice a day, three times a day is better. Basic rehab will be warming the areas up (heat up a wet towel in the microwave and place on affected areas for ten minutes or until heat fades), then go through mobility exercises...
