Hi Chris - Can’t comment on the details of Harris’ proposal, but the fact is most Americans have little access to a good credit score because it’s extremely biased towards folks who have a history of paying off future ownership of property, aka loan/mortgage.

Credit score should really be a reflection of a consumers ability to manage their finances no matter their income.
