The worst part of learning how to cook is asking someone about the timing on a recipe and they reply with “oh, until it’s done.” The best part about learning how to cook is when the clock doesn’t matter anymore, and you know when it’s done.

Looking tasty. Only thing I might suggest is a hint of green somewhere (can even be a garnish like crushed cilantro or a sprig of parsley). Something to make the eye pop.
