Thursday night indoor soccer update - we finally had subs! Made a *big* difference on the defensive side of things. We won 6-4, I managed to aggravate my right shoulder and left wrist injuries diving around so tomorrow’s gonna feel fun.
Two 25 minute periods is the game length, we haven’t had subs the previous three games.

Yeah, I’m at the age now where my conditioning is still fine, but if I push too hard I tweak a muscle or sprain something. Unfortunately, it’s really hard to break a lifetime of reflexes and muscle memory saying “GO ALL OUT GET THE BAAAAAALLLLLLLL”
