We may or may not have put kids leftover Halloween candy in the eggs this year. Somehow they didn’t miss it.

Do you cook for a really huge group or cook in bulk to save? Or do you eat like half of that on your own? I keep seeing you post prep pics of, like, the entire northwest quadrant of a cow and I wonder every time.
I have a much smaller version chilling out in my fridge, quietly waiting for tomorrow afternoon and the oven's hot kiss. Post-holiday roasts are awesome.
They are the best, though I have to say the corned beef brisket deals after St. Patrick’s day are not to be scoffed at. It’s too bad that’s such an unhealthy cut of meat, otherwise I’d get more than one.
