I was going to say ask the SPLC — not because they do better work but because of their focus on hate groups. (Full disclosure: I donate to both.)

I don’t think it’s the ACLU’s fault that Nazis and their propaganda has a voice today. ACLU is not forcing Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or NYT, WSJ, WaPo to carry or equivocate about hate speech. The ACLU is fighting Muslim ban and calling the current administration what it is.

Counterpoint - This is literally the top search result for "aclu arguing nazi speech" https://www.aclu.org/blog/free-speech/aclus-longstanding-commitment-defending-speech-we-hate … Note the author image!

And this is weird! Here's the same dude a year earlier, right after the Charlottesville debacle! https://www.aclu.org/blog/free-speech/why-we-must-defend-free-speech …

So yeah, miss me with your ignorant take of "the ACLU isn't responsible for this current catastrofuck"

I may misunderstand what you mean by current catastrofuck. I’m trying to understand, I read the first and skimmed the second and I agree with the author/ACLU on the topics that they’re written about.
