Going to a zoo or aquarium these days, particularly one that’s more ethically-sound, is an experience wrought with apocalyptic fervor: ALL THE STARFISH ARE DYING OF A WEIRD DISEASE, THE OCEANS ARE ACID, EAGLES ARE EXPLODING, THE LAST WOLF JUST DIED. I don’t begrudge it, but yeah.

Yeah man, I used to be turbo environmentalist, but in the last 5 years it's become clear that there's no point anymore, so I swung over to social justice. Simple fact is, we donked it beyond our ability to un-donk, all we can do is delay a few decades. Bye bye Florida.
