Lot of people up in my timeline saying the SCOTUS thing was "just a procedural thing," as if *not* making a decision to affirm basic human dignity is fine and dandy. Maybe stop looking at rulebooks and look at the underlying issues.

To play devils advocate. If the government makes that baker sell to anyone who walks in, doesn’t a Jewish baker then have to serve someone who comes in with a swastika on? Where’s that line drawn?

It's drawn where you deny another group of people the idea of basic humanity. It's not a hard line to see

But we have a thing called due process of law and SCOTUS did not rule that baker’s refusal to bake cake for same sex couple was constitutional. Court ruled the CO Human Rts Commn that ruled against the baker was not neutral but hostile to the claim. Baker should have Due process

Godwin's Law, and it's not even 9am. Really? Usually, you and I are of the same opinions, but not today. NOT following rules (because they are RULES) is how you wind up with a POTUS who decides to pardon himself, and the people with the power to say, "Uh...nope", don't say that.
