PHP Devs: Any recommendations for a PHPForward (PHP 7, 8) HTML parsing library... that likely wraps around DOMDocument and would make parsing a bit less painful?

Is there a general term for the tendency for people in an org wanting to "take over" claimed projects while ignoring unclaimed projects sitting on the ground? I've been calling this "grabbing at the football" but wonder if there's a "Parkinson's law"-type term

(This tweet obviously does not apply if you're writing code for rockets, healthcare, etc. I put text and pictures on websites; I have no wisdom to offer you. Carry on, and godspeed.)

Put another way: all code is technical debt. Instead of trying to prevent it, embrace it by designing maintainable systems, not infallible systems.

Code is like a car; the older it gets, the more likely it is to rust, leak, break down, etc. Smart architecture can't prevent that, but it *can* make it as easier to swap in new parts, repair holes, and patch the damage.

If Apple does reintroduce MagSafe, I hope it's at least in the form of a cable with USB-C on one side and MagSafe on the other, like this:

We’ve been doing 4-day work weeks at Buffer for the better part of a year and I couldn’t be happier. You know how they say work expands to the time allotted? It’s true. We’ve adjusted to be more efficient and now see equal or greater(!) output than before.

Hollywood is SO conservative you guys. A lot of actors and directors are liberal, and some are leftist, but at the end of the day it’s all about capitalism and what will sell. It’s VERY conservative.
