Arpaio is a serial civil rights violator & has targeted the Hispanic community through outrageous & illegal racial profiling for years. He’s silent but deadly. They purposefully put purist Pence in with Trump so when/if DT was impeached traditional Pence would slide into position. Pence is purposefully out of sight to appear clean, he’s not! Think Flynn.
