Not fairly paying women for the same work of their white male colleagues is just plain wrong. It is unconscionable that women still have to work 100 additional days to earn what their male colleagues make in a year.

Exactly, @SenCortezMasto. Women are still only paid 80 cents for every dollar paid to a man, a yearly pay difference of $10,086. And the disparity is even worse for many women of color. #EqualPayDay

#EqualPay for equal work is essential for women to achieve economic security & this gap makes it harder for too many women in both Nevada & Maryland to put food on the table, pay mounting bills, save for a secure retirement, or get ahead in today’s economy. -
