It’s a national disgrace that the gender gap still exists in 2018. Equal pay isn’t just about fairness. It can mean the difference between being able to make ends meet, pay for childcare, or save for retirement.

Not fairly paying women for the same work of their white male colleagues is just plain wrong. It is unconscionable that women still have to work 100 additional days to earn what their male colleagues make in a year.
