Senator Van Hollen, can you respond to Justice Stevens’ call to repeal the 2A? Likewise to his belief that the 2008 SC decision that individuals can bear arms (he dissented) was a crucial and bad turning point with regards to gun safety in the US?

Do you support a federal Extreme Risk Protection Order aka red flag law such as that proposed by @SenBlumenthal and Sen. @LindseyGrahamSC? I lost my dad and son to suicide by gun. 23K Americans/year shoot themselves. Keeping guns away from suicidal would save many lives.
