Is interesting how you use this article and how the article it self is a bit slanted. It leaves out one very important detail why caused the shootings? Where these kids involved in criminal activity while they were shot ? I don’t like to see anyone shot but I want facts as well

What about knife violence?

Fatality rates for knife wounds are substantially lower than gun wounds. (~33% vs ~7%) Also, knifes don't kill people other than the intended victim(s). Also, knifes have a purpose other than killing. Guns deserve our attention. Don't try to generalize the discussion.
