It IS sad. , I believe 2 things. 1) there’s too much poverty & hopelessness & a NOW BEING DESTROYEF PUBLIC EDUCATION 2) the “ kingpins” of the illegal@drug trade are BERY wealthy White men living in Fl & So Cal like kings with a multitude of buffers that keep them untouchable !
