Actually the federal government is taking in record levels of taxes along with the record levels of spending. Btw I am not a millionaire and my tax rate went down so I expanded my work and started a business.

More than just billionaires got tax cuts, just about everyone I know got to keep more of the money they earned. As opposed to handling it to the government for you to fund more witch-hunts. Gee why might people want to keep their own money?
