I saw my dear friend Mike Miller last night at the Morgan State tribute to Elijah Cummings. Mike insisted that the doctors let him out of the hospital to eulogize Elijah. That’s Mike. Mike has dedicated his life to serving Marylanders and set the gold standard for leadership in the State Senate. I was proud to serve under him, and to this day appreciate his mentorship. His guiding hand will be missed, but I'm confident @SenBillFerg will serve our state well.
