Mr Van Hollen, forgive my ignorence of US constitution (regrettably no US citizen) I thought the 'right to bar arms' was implemented as the constitution written in in historical times (1776??) was written when their was some fear of England trying to attempt to take over US?
The public is entitled to have a vote in the Senate on key issues like life-saving gun safety measures. Congress is a co-equal branch of government, not Trump’s lackey.
