Well, a ridiculous “buyback”, confiscation is certainly not the answer. Not one criminal or would be criminal will turn over a weapon because of law! Only some law abiding citzens would! Maryland already has a litany of paperwork and certs to go through when purchasing legally!
Mass shootings grab most of the headlines, but we can't become numb to the daily toll of gun violence. This past weekend, there were multiple shootings in Baltimore.
