When Big Pharma uses taxpayer-funded research to develop their drugs, they shouldn’t be able to turn around and price gouge patients.         Something to consider. Why is Big Pharma R&D still being funded by taxpayers? R&D cost is one of their reasons for high cost of drugs while they actually fund it w/ our tax dollars. Double-dipping. Plan should include funding cut. MD Constituent
