Chris Van Hollen Retweeted Donald J. Trump

Trump now wants to be thanked for the Opportunity Zone tax incentive. That was a bipartisan $1.6 billion proposal that could have passed easily by itself. But Trump had it wrapped into a $2 trillion tax giveaway plan to benefit the super-rich, including himself.https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1155562212032991233 …

Under the Trump Administration, African American unemployment is the lowest (best) in the history of the United States. No President has come close to doing this before! I also created successful Opportunity Zones. Waiting for Nancy and Elijah to say, “Thank you, Mr. President!”

GOP Game Plan starting in the eighties.: * Cut taxes on the rich. * Borrow to offset lost revenues from tax cuts = Debt. * Claim the Debt is too high and divert the cause from tax cuts on the rich to SS and Medicare. * Move to cut and ultimately eliminate SS and Medicare.

Republican wealth transfer started with the Reagan era tax cuts and has been continued by the GOP ever since. American families below the 90 percentile hold only around 20% of all U.S. wealth.

Clinton gave us economic empowerment zones. I worked in one in B'more for years. Thanks, Congress & President Clinton. @realDonaldTrump

Jack Kemp's Enterprise Zones is the paternity of the OZs. The overlooked QSBS tax incentives seem to be the cousin noboby seems to remember. http://bit.ly/2FQIDMW  #QSBSFunds #QSBS
